NTRR means No Tech Russia Restricted.  For this Tournament, standard AAMC 2nd Edition Rules will apply, expect that Russia may not attack on R1 and no Tech rolls are allowed, ever!!
 
Standard AAMC Tournament Rules apply and it is a single elimination tournament.  Games will be played and rankings will be determined by using the "variants" database in the Bunker.
 
This is a Text Game Tournament within the meaning of JAG Ruling 2008-01.
