There's an inf and a AAA gun already loaded on a tpt.
the inf moves into combat (the transport does move into combat)
Can the AAA get off into the newly conquered territory?
If the Transport had not moved, I might think it could unload on NCM, but since the TPT has moved, and unloaded, I believe it has completed it's turn, thereby no more loading/unloading can occur.
Am I right?

Am I right? Even if the transport does not physically "move" during the combat phase, it has taken its turn by offloading the inf, and the AA gun must stay on board in the noncombat phase since the transport cannot be active in both phases. BW, JAG |

Other option there (if tran was neither involved in battle nor moved during NCM while pre-loaded) would be to not use that one INF and NCM both pieces in assuming you win the land combat....
